1. Two professional photographer and two professional cinematographer will cover the entire event (Holud, Holud snan, Dodhi-Mongol, Briddhi-Sraddhya, Color fest, Biye, Bashi biye, Biday, Bodhu boron, Reception).
2. This package includes digital (soft) copies only. No printed photos are included. However, print services can be availed separately at a later time.
3. Final edited digital files will be delivered either via Google Drive or through the client’s provided pen drive.
4. 30% advance payment is required at the time of booking. This advance is strictly non-refundable. The remaining balance must be paid immediately after the shoot is completed.
5. File delivery may take up to 40 working days. Clients are kindly requested to remain patient during this processing period.
6. The bride and groom must allocate at least 30 minutes exclusively for essential couple photographs. UniFrame will not be held responsible if desired couple photos are missed due to insufficient time allocation.
7. UniFrame reserves the full right to publish or withhold photographs and videos on its official website and social media platforms for portfolio and promotional purposes. If the client does not wish their content to be published, this must be clearly communicated at the time of booking. UniFrame will not be liable for any issues arising if prior notice is not given.
8. Clients must inform us in advance if any other professional photography or cinematography team will be present at the event. Failure to disclose this may result in cancellation of the shoot by UniFrame.
9. All delivered files will be permanently deleted from UniFrame’s servers 30 days after final delivery. Clients are advised to securely back up their files.
10. Any complaints, concerns, or requests for revisions must be reported within 5 days of receiving the delivered files. Requests made after this period may not be entertained.
